At the K 2019 fair Amut-Comi will be exhibiting live an ACF820 thermoforming machine equipped with a 820x650 mm mould and forming, cutting and stacking stations. The thermoforming machines mod. ACF incorporate the Easy software, a smart HMI developed in-house by Amut-Comi.

The machine demonstrated at the exhibition features an additional adjusting device for the chains between the oven, the mould and the 80-ton forming-cutting press for integrated forming and cutting operations, which monitors the clamping force of the forming and cutting station in real time.

At the fair, the ACF820 thermoforming machine will feature a 4-cavity mould and will be fed with a metallised 100% r-PET sheet manufactured with the Glue Less technology. It will produce dishes and soup plates then removed and stacked by an ER3X manipulator. The machine will also incorporate a vision system for in-line quality control.
