Sytrama has developed the new 251G robot as an intermediate model between the smaller 201G and the larger 301G, thus increasing the applicability and performance of the range. The new robot offers a slightly lower payload than the larger model but similar strokes and a lower price tag.
Proposed as an ideal solution for 1,200 and 3,000 ton presses and with a payload of 40 kg, the robot is particularly suitable for use in automobile component manufacturing and large dimension stamped parts. The standard traverse stroke of 3,500 mm can be extended to 8,000 mm to release the stamped parts at the rear end of the press. The telescoping vertical arm and the extraction arm have strokes of 2,700 mm and 1,600 mm, respectively, and both can be extended on request.
