Husky Injection Molding Systems announced the appointment of Jack Truong as president and COO, effective February 1, 2016. Truong was previously the president and CEO of Electrolux North America and Executive Vice President, AB Electrolux Group.

This appointment builds on the diverse skill set of Husky’s experienced global leadership team. In his role, Truong will have full oversight for the day-to-day operations of the business, and leadership responsibility for executing on Husky’s strategy and priorities.

Prior to Electrolux, Truong enjoyed a successful 22 year career at 3M where he held senior leadership roles throughout the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Truong holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
