The Italian manufacturer of machinery and systems for polyurethane foam processing, Saip, will be attending Foam Expo for the first time ever. The exhibition and conference targeted to the technical foam industry will take place in Novi (Michigan) from 28 February to 2 March 2017.

Through their local partner Foam Supplies, Earth City (Missouri), Saip will be exhibiting the latest developments in its product range: high and low pressure foam mixing and dosing units; complete manufacturing lines for furniture and automotive items, insulating sandwich panels; complete foaming plants for the insulation of refrigerator cabinets and doors; mould for presses, stationary presses and mould press carriers, oval carousels, multistation rotary table, gasketing systems, foaming automation with Cartesian manipulators and robots, etc.

In particular, Saip will present the innovative and patented mix head conceived for the direct injection of the third component such as colours or new generation blowing agents.

In the very same days, Saip will be exhibiting its products at the Polyurethanex fair in Moscow, the international specialized exhibition focused on polyurethane production and processing technologies. Since the very beginning of its activity Saip has always considered Russia as a very important market, especially for insulation systems.

According to Nappan, the association of Russian polyurethane sandwich panel manufacturers, today most of the panels used in industrial constructions in Russia are made of rock wool. The relationship between number of rock wool panels used versus PUR / PIR panels is about 4:1, while in Europe is around 1:4. Taking account of these figures, Saip is aiming to take best advantage of the great opportunities for development arising from the use of PUR and PIR in the civil and industrial construction sector, promoting the advantages and benefits of their use, as well as its innovative processing technologies.
