Sabic had a strong presence at the World Cup final in its own way. The Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg, where the final took place, is covered by a 14,000 sqm roof made of PC sheet. This sheet delivers the clarity of glass without the drawbacks of weight and fragility. It is also carefully designed to resemble flowing water and protects up to 95,000 spectators from changing weather conditions. It also admits natural light, creating a pleasant ambiance.
