Tecnomatic, delivering by three new extrusion lines to a leading pipe manufacturer in Myanmar, is increasing its presence in the Asia-Pacific market. The lines, which feature the company’s latest technological solutions - like the Zephyr extruders (with an L:D ratio of 40:1) and the Venus heads - will be used to produce pipes in HDPE with diameters of up to 1200 mm.

Myanmar is increasingly standing out in the Asia-Pacific region thanks to its strong growth, an effect of the opening up of the country in 2010. The manufacturing of pipes will help to support the development of the country and the major infrastructure works that are under way there.
