The company PROMIXON, despite its young age, has soon become leader in the production of mixing plants for plastic materials and powder coatings. Founded in 2013, today it has a team composed of 50 people.

Its machinery is entirely designed, produced and assembled in Italy with components recognized worldwide, the result of a deep engineering research developed over 29 years of experience in the mixing industry. The solutions that PROMIXON offers are studied ad hoc to satisfy every application need and finally to supply the most suitable system: whether it is for the processing of plastic materials, rigid and plasticized PVC or composite materials or other sectors, such as that of powder coatings, various additives and special applications.

The highly specialized staff shares one and the same purpose: to deliver technologically advanced and performing mixing systems that optimize the production processes of the customers, guaranteeing low maintenance costs, no risk of downtime and significant energy and cost savings.

The company counts among its main products and services:

- high speed turbomixer, in single or combined configuration with high efficiency horizontal cooler, for the production of dry-blend PVC, WPC, thermoplastic polymers, master batch, additives and powders;

- high speed container mixer, for rapid mixing of powders, additives, colours, master batch, powder coatings;

- universal horizontal mixer for cold mixing of additives and powders;

- laboratory testing facilities;

- technical assistance and spare parts for any existing mixer.

Inside the company there is also an internal test lab, which allows customers to obtain an even more complete service: it is in fact possible to test the efficiency of the systems and verify in real time the results of mixing their own materials. All this gave a significant boost to sales.

The mixers available to customers are:

- hot/cold mixing plant, consisting of a turbomixer with a capacity of 400 litres and a horizontal cooler with a capacity of 1200 litres;

- a high speed container mixer with a capacity of 300 litres.

For PROMIXON it is essential to guarantee also a complete and immediate assistance service, and for this reason selected partner agents are prepared not only at a commercial level but, above all, at a technical level, in order to ensure a constant presence and an adequate preparation to promptly resolve any problem
