Imper, the Italian subsidiary of Imper Medis BVM Components, has purchased from Negri Bossi 13 Canbio injection machines of different tonnage that will be used for moulding appliance components.
The Canbio range includes advanced machines mainly in terms of consumption thanks to full digital control. Characterized by high moulding precision for dimensional accuracy, the presses are fitted with a self-adjusting system for clamping force and mould thickness, thus resulting in faster, more precise operation without human intervention.
The moulder has a fleet of more than 210 machines with different clamping forces supplied by several manufacturers. The machines are served by 2 feeding plants, (automatic and semi-automatic). The processor produces components for a number of application fields such as telecommunications, automotive, appliances etc.
