Manufacturers of cooling equipment have long wondered how to contribute to reducing energy consumption and the consequent atmospheric CO2 emissions. Eurochiller provides an answer with Adcooler, a closed-loop machine that combines the energy savings provided by a dry-cooler battery with thermal efficiency ensured by an adiabatic system.
The performance of this machine is associated with atmospheric humidity levels. Exploiting the enthalpy of evaporation in a small quantity of water, the temperature of air entering the cooling batteries is suddenly lowered so that the air can be cooled to winter conditions even during summer. The temperature of the exiting process water is always lower than that of the environment.
