Intel Arm is a system developed by Polivinil Rotomachinery, headquartered in Cerano (Novara, Italy), to read data relating to rotational moulding and cooling temperatures inside the mould in real time.
The rotational moulding process can be managed thanks to this intelligent arm so that the machine automatically adapts to changing process and production conditions, self-adjusting the heating and cooling times. In this way material type and quantity variations as well as rotational moulding temperature variations can be automatically detected and phases such as cold oven/hot oven (first moulding, morning/evening, summer/winter) and cooling (morning/evening, summer/winter, air, air/water) can be automatically adjusted.
