The new Servobottle 137 machine developed by Omso applies screen-printed decorations in up to 7 colours on cylindrical or oval bottles. The particularly precise and durable 12-station rotary version can produce up to 90 pieces per minute depending on bottle diameter (max 105 mm) and length. Colour control is extremely accurate thanks to servo-driven registers, making half-tone printing possible. The mandrels are driven by single direct servo-motors enabling quick and easy format changeover. Screens and squeegees in the printing unit are also driven by servo-motors. A die-cut film is used with the screen, which is precisely mounted to the machine, ensuring immediate and perfect colour registration.
