Troostwijk Auctions organises the online Tender Sale and Auction of the complete high tech film and foil production lines, due to the bankruptcy of Lofo High Tech Film GmbH - Weil am Rhein (Germany). The former foil/film producer developed and manufactured high-quality specialty films from selected plastics using the solvent casting process. A process where a solvent or mixture of solvents is used to dissolve polymer granules. Once the material is liquefied the plastic composition is cast onto a metal surface. The solvent evaporates, thereby forming the actual film. The Tender Sale includes the 13 foil/film production lines by Bexford, Bendorf/Brückner and Lofo, and 3 foil/film drying lines including IST. The Online Auction includes the related process machinery, plant utilities, laboratory equipment, silos, pumps, spare parts and metalworking workshop. For interested buyers 2 viewing days will be organised on site at Weil am Rhein (Germany). The first viewing day will be held Thursday 22nd of June and the second Friday 23rd of June. It provides the possibility to visit the sites, have a look at the plant and machinery.
