By opening the new Spare Parts Centre in Beijing, Bandera has strengthened the existing technical and commercial cooperation with Nanjing Yangzi Plastic & Chemical Company in the field of extrusion of blown film for industrial sacks. The new structure will ensure the immediate and direct availability of spares in China as well as in the other Asian countries, thus strengthening the presence of the Bandera brand all over the area.

The direct supply of spare parts will guarantee an enhanced OEEE (Overall Extrusion Equipment Effectiveness) to all the existing Bandera lines, by allowing quicker interventions for the programmed maintenance and for the prompt resolution of possible spare parts’ replacements, in order to maintain a continuous production. The agreement also includes the quick availability of local service engineers (trained by Bandera) as well as technical support for all Bandera’s customers, even outside China.

Nanjing Yangzi Plastic & Chemical Co. is the largest producer of FFS film in Asia. Ever since the beginning of the cooperation between the two companies, in 2001, Bandera has supplied thirteen film production lines to this Chinese producer.
