A specialist manufacturer of hot channel systems, Thermoplay, headquartered in Pont-Saint-Martin (Aosta, Italy) and member of the Barnes Group, incorporated HPE, its subsidiary also based in Pont-Saint-Martin, as well as Synventive Molding Solution, based in Milan, also belonging to the Barnes Group. As a result, following the reverse merger operation, both companies are now managed by Thermoplay as from December 1.
