Colines announced the appointment of Anthony Michael Caprioli as their new CEO. He has now been part of the Colines team for over one year, beginning as a Board member and commercial director.

Anthony Caprioli, on the initiative of the Board of Directors, has been given further operational powers, in addition to his marketing role, while the company’s chairman, Eraldo Peccetti, retains all administrative, financial and management powers. The decision made by the Board of Directors, including representatives of the three owner families, Lombardini, Peccetti and Zorloni, is aimed at further expanding the company’s business.

“In my first year with Colines, I realized that I was part of a great team and I am honoured for having been appointed as CEO and of course I am grateful to the Board of Directors for trusting me. My goal for the company’s future is to further develop our activities by widening our extrusion lines range, as well as reconsidering our strategies related to activities that currently are not the core-business for Colines”, Caprioli stated.

“Our first year together was helpful to get to know one another”, Eraldo Peccetti said, who stays on as President of Colines, “and we are confident that Anthony is the right person to lead the company over the next years and through new challenges”.

The new CEO was born on 1969 in Australia, where he grew up and completed his schooling. Obtained a law degree and attended post-graduate courses in Italy. For several years, he worked as an independent legal and financial consultant before teaming up with Macchi. In his eight years as Managing Director of Macchi, Anthony Michael Caprioli strongly contributed to the company's worldwide growth and reputation. From 2015 to 2018, he also sat on the Board of Amaplast, the Association for the promotion of Italian plastic producers and technology.
