Water grinder

At Ecomondo - the international trade fair for material and energy recovery and sustainable development scheduled in Rimini (Italy) from November 9 to 12, 2011 - Adler, headquartered in Barasso (Varese, Italy), introduces a range of machines that wash post-consumer plastic waste and separate them from contaminants (soil, sand, paper etc.) during grinding.
The product enters the water grinder through a belt equipped with a metal detector and/or separator; the grinder is specially designed to process the material with a powerful water jet that washes and cuts it. The heavy parts are expelled together with the water through a special draining auger, while the purified plastic material is conveyed to the subsequent processing steps.
