RadiciGroup launches its new website to strengthen customer relationships
In an ever-evolving context where technology, design and business models are reshaping the way companies engage with their stakeholders, RadiciGroup launches its new website: a fully redesigned platform created to communicate the Group’s identity and the value of its solutions more effectively on a global scale.
The new website is built on a strongly customer-oriented approach and on a deep redesign of its content architecture, with the aim of simplifying access to information and improving the overall user experience. The platform has been designed so that every stakeholder – customers, partners, institutions, investors, media and potential talents – can quickly identify the content most relevant to them and reach it in just a few clicks, through more direct and cross-functional navigation paths.
Particular attention has been given to design and information structure, with the goal of helping customers clearly understand what can be achieved through RadiciGroup’s products. The new digital ecosystem highlights applications, markets and expertise, showcasing the potential of the Group’s solutions across sectors such as automotive, electrical and electronics, consumer goods and industrial applications. Significant focus has also been placed on content development and structuring, through a process of “content engineering” that has enhanced and organised all available product-related information.
This approach is supported by dedicated digital tools designed to improve usability and decision-making. Among these, the Product Finder enables customers to identify the most suitable material for specific applications, while AutoInsight offers a digital exploration experience of a virtual car, helping customers understand which materials are best suited for the different components of a vehicle.
Designed to be more agile, intuitive and functional, the website integrates corporate and business content into a coherent and contemporary experience, supporting commercial activities and strengthening the Group’s international positioning. It also enhances key themes such as innovation and sustainability, which are central pillars of RadiciGroup’s development strategy. From a technological standpoint, the new platform has been developed to ensure high performance in terms of accessibility, speed and usability across all devices. It is fully SEO-optimised and supported by advanced tracking and analytics systems, while enabling flexible and autonomous content management.
The project was developed in collaboration with I Mille, which led the strategic, creative and technological development of the platform, translating the Group’s needs into an evolved and user-oriented digital experience.
