Smart extruder and armature converters

The pipe and profile extruders introduced by the Turkish manufacturer Lider Makina are equipped with Gilogik III PLCs and GF_Vedo HMIs (Human Machine Interface) developed by Gefran. These PLCs make it possible to save machine data on flash cards, record alarms, store and upload recipes and process parameters. Moreover, the machine can be controlled and monitored remotely via tablet or smartphone.
Recently Gefran also updated the TPD32 EV digital armature converters for the control of DC motors. The devices are now available in the range from 20A to 4800A, in configuration from 2 to 4 quadrants, for universal power supplies of 230Vac…690Vac…1000Vac and with 12-impulse system solutions in parallel and in series.
