Sectioned cores

The new TCSG 230 machine from Gavo Meccanica is capable of cutting PVC pipes 3 to 8 inches in diameter, yielding sections of different lengths to be used as cores for winding semi-finished products. A patented system for joining the residual pipe sections reduces production scrap, and its attendant costs, by up to 20%. The machine can be equipped with an automatic or semiautomatic loader.
