Hydraulic screenchangers

The new generation of continuous flow screenchangers from BD Plast, based in Bondeno (Ferrara, Italy), is characterized by structural simplicity and a new sealing system that permits its use on extrusion lines at the highest processing pressures.
The system has undergone long and extensive testing on lines for sheets and pipes with strand heads and submerged pelletizing heads as well as on coating plants for hot melt. Recently it has been also proposed on extrusion lines for blown film, ensuring high performance and keeping a perfect flow continuity also on single-layer lines with thickness up to 5 micron.
