Advanced EPS

Developments in the engineering design of EPS moulding machines manufactured by Tecnodinamica, based in Farra di Soligo (Treviso, Italy), aim principally to enhance energy recovery efficiency. One example is the proper dosing of steam necessary for the expansion cycles in special heat exchangers, where air is heated to approx. 40°C and used to heat the material storage silos. The discharge water from the vacuum tank is also recovered and reused to produce steam.
