Plastic Systems India - the Indian branch of Plastic Systems, headquartered in Borgoricco, province of Padua (Italy) - has been set up and running since January of this year in Thane, near Mumbai. After six years of presence in the country with sales, installation and service, the Italian manufacturer has now chosen to set up production of feeding and dosing systems in a plant that will soon be able to produce the entire range of products.

In 2006, Plastic Systems opened its first Asian branch in Shanghai, which now employs some 70 people. In 2012 it opened a facility in Brazil, where approximately 90 people now work. With over 5,000 installations around the world, 250 employees and annual revenues of 50 million euros, the company celebrated its first 20 years in 2014. Today its catalogue includes storage systems, conveyors, driers, mixers and PET processing systems with applications in the automotive, electronics, medical, housewares, packaging, construction, recycling and textile industries.
