At the Tire Technology Expo 2018, to be held in Hannover (Germany) from February 20 to 22, Comerio Ercole will present several products for high-performance and flexible calendering and mixing processes, as well as its service packages dedicated to the fields of smart factory and Industry 4.0. The latter includes the new Cem Engineering 4.0 area with 3D modelling and virtual reality platform, the new version of the Dati package with integrated MES and 4.0 sensors for predictive maintenance, the new Teleservice Plus with VPN safe connection for remote diagnosis and assistance, and the new Athena training concept with dedicated 4.0 programmes.
The company will also present MiniDuplex, the latest 4-roll calender integrating Hydrospin, the new device for micrometric coupling accuracy, to be combined with the hydraulic gap, nip force, and roll safety control systems. The products on show will also include Regrinder, suitable for re-grinding plates, restoring the calender roll table, and performing on-site maintenance.
