Following Hennecke’s takeover of the OMS group at the end of 2017, the operation has now been definitively completed from a legal point of view, too: on August 1, Impianti OMS became Hennecke-OMS. The change of name will not mean the company changing headquarters, and similarly the legal relationships and contractual obligations between the two companies and with third parties will be unaffected.

The two manufacturers of machines for processing expanded materials entered into the takeover agreement as a means of widening the field of activity, expanding the product range, strengthening the sales, and optimising the services of both companies.
