The Hot Fill System has been added by Meccanoplastica Ibérica to its entire range of MiPET blow moulding machines for PET preforms. With this option, so far only available on some selected models, the division of the Meccanoplastica Group dedicated to stretch blow moulding technology intends to offer efficient solutions to cover a wide range of production requirements which would not be economically viable when using the many other solutions available on the market, as they would require very high outputs.

The manufacturer, which has always seen the versatility and adaptability to the individual needs of each project and each application as one of the main features of MiPET blow-moulding machines, considers that the offer of a hot filling system within the parameters of efficiency and quality of these machines can help increase productivity and the application areas for the benefit of users.

Recently, the company completed a project incorporating a Hot Fill System into the 2-cavity mould of a MiPet 2 machine. This machine is equipped with the elements that guarantee a specific preheating level for the preforms, and rapid increase and maintaining of pressure, as well as an efficient and reliable distribution of the mould temperature.
