The Dow Izolan joint-venture, formed in 2006, officially inaugurated its new state-of-the-art polyurethane manufacturing facility in Vladimir (Russia) on December 11. The facility will produce a broad range of rigid and flexible polyurethane foam systems for a variety of applications including construction, automotive, consumer, footwear, furniture and appliances. The construction and start up of the plant coincides with the 35th anniversary of Dow continued business presence in Russia.
