Used for producing extruded net, stretched or not, the IRS line from Fiborsin (Elba Group), headquartered in Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy), is equipped with a head designed to ensure higher output in terms of linear metres.
Frictions have been reduced to improve the temperature control, to decrease the power required for transmission and, therefore, the energy need, thus extending the life of the transmission itself.
The stretching unit has also recently been redesigned and equipped with a mechanical device, placed at the tank outlet, to reduce the amount of water removed by the net.
The line can be equipped with a 2-station winder with electronic net tension control.
