The new AMV range of blade granulators, recently developed by Adler, is available in three versions (the 12, 22 and 32) characterised by compact design, minimal noise and multi-blade rotors, thus granting high cutting performance and durable sharpness. The system operates at low speed, ensuring optimum performance - even in the recycling of thin films and monofilaments - as well as a cutting precision of 0.05 mm, completely free of dust. Thanks to its compact size the machine can be installed and operated directly on processing lines and plants, thus facilitating maintenance interventions (it takes two tools and about 10 minutes to change a full set of blades).
Instead, the D-10 blade pulveriser is particularly suitable for the production of powder up to 200 microns from various types of recycled material. The rotor enables 24 or 26 perfectly sharp cutting cycles with high accurate angles, for a maximum of 190,000 cuts per minute. Compared to the traditional disc pulverisers, this machine requires lower initial investment and maintenance costs, while ensuring high output rates.
