From May 25 to June 15,
Bandera’s The House of Extrusion is hosting an open house event with the exhibition
of six extrusion lines, two of which providing a live demonstration. The event,
covering the entire duration of the Drupa 2016 fair (dedicated to the graphic
and industrial printing technologies and taking place in Düsseldorf from May 31
to June 10), was conceived by the Italian manufacturer based in Busto Arsizio
(near Varese), in order to present its latest innovations in the extrusion of
blown and rigid films and sheets obtained by processing different materials and
destined for different applications.
The four lines on display are:
- a Smartflex 22 HP Plus for
3-layer PE blown films, featuring an operating width of 2000 mm, for the production
of flexible packaging;
- an HDB Flex for 3-layer blown films, guaranteeing an optimised output rate of 400 kg/h, for the production HDB/FFS bags with excellent mechanical properties and low thicknesses;
- a Light Duty Line for PET, PP and PLA rigid films, reaching 700 kg/h and standing out for its optimum price-quality ratio, easy management and application versatility;
- a Light Alpha Line, featuring an output rate of 700 kg/h, combining flexibility and extremely precise tolerances.
Finally, a live demonstration is offered by a Technoflex Plus for 3-layer blown films, featuring a useful width of 2000 mm, for printing and converting applications, and a Demo Line for PET rigid or foam films, producing up to 1.2 t/h of sheets for top-quality packaging and semi-finished products.
