On January 19, 23 and 24, Amut will be opening the doors of its Novara headquarters to unveil a new line for the extrusion of three-layer PET, PS and PP sheets for use in thermoforming.
The plant has an hourly output of 1500 kg and is equipped with a corotating twin-screw extruder and technology for processing PET without drying. The sheets produced have a width of 1200 mm, whereas the thickness of the single layers ranges from 0.2 to 1.5 mm for PET and from 0.2 to 2 mm for PS and PP.
