In order to coil 25-50-meter long corrugated PVC pipes at a speed of 70 meters per minute, FB Balzanelli has recently upgraded its TR0801C coiler. In its original set-up, this machine was conceived for coiling two reels, with automatic adjustment of the reel dimension, and was equipped with one strapping unit, while its upgraded version features two strapping units, thus halving the packaging times.

One of the main features of the new model is the internal coiling diameter of 180 mm, which results in a reduction of the coiler’s total space requirements and transport costs. In addition, the coiler can be connected with a shrink film station, in order to obtain packaged and strapped reels ready for the market.
