Safety hinge and modular roller tracks

Hinges with built-in safety switch (CFSW) and new Eleroll roller tracks are among the solutions recently developed by Elesa, a company that produces standardised plastic and metal components for industrial machinery and equipment.

The CFSW hinge is a safety device which interrupts the power supply when the door, casing or desk is accidentally opened, providing maximum protection for operators. It is made in self-extinguishing, high-rigidity, black engineering polymer, it is resistant to solvents, oils, grease and other chemical agents, and guarantees the double insulation of the internal circuits, therefore it does not need grounding connection. It is fitted with a rotation pin in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide-based engineering polymer, and four slow action electrical contacts with double interruption, Zb-shaped, integrated into the body of the hinge itself. The hinge is compact and easy to install on the most common aluminium profiles. This hinge can be subject to frequent cleaning cycles and can be used in any situation or environment where special attention to cleaning and hygiene is requested.

Eleroll roller tracks, on the other hand, are proposed as the ideal solution for easy and rapid installation of sliding or containment benches for several sectors, such as feeding and discharging benches, storage and picking systems among others. The main components of the roller tracks are roller elements (RLT-U) made of black polyamide based engineering polymer or anti-scratch thermoplastic polyurethane for handling delicate materials, or ball elements (RLS-U), made of white acetal resin based engineering polymer, ideal for moving materials in any direction.
