Bausano technology is worth having
Specialists in the manufacture of PVC pipes and equipped with 12 extrusion lines, the Gazi Group has recently commissioned six new extruders in a single order from Rajoo Bausano Extrusion. The processor, with offices in Bangladesh, has already been using a line developed using technology developed by Bausano for the past six months. It has not only found that the equipment meets its expectations in terms of performance, but it has also delivered the best results when compared against the other operating lines considered. It slashes energy consumption alone by up to 40%.
The superior performance of this extrusion line is the result of a set of features that includes:
- power transmission based on Bausano's exclusive Multidrive system;
- screws with higher L/D ratio;
- screw temperature control system;
- multistage axial thrust bearing;
- high volume head and die;
- special calibrator for longer life.
With less material, the thin wall pipes preserve excellent mechanical properties that pass all quality tests they undergo. Exclusive design and engineering also ensure lower operating costs.
