Bandera, for 75 years at the top

BANDERA - Extrusion Intelligence has just passed the prestigious milestone of 75 years of activity, being one of the world leaders in the design and production of lines for extrusion of plastics for industrial packaging and consumer goods, with particular reference to:

- Recycling (extrusion plants for the recycling and re-use of post-industrial and post-consumer waste)
- Blown Film (flexible packaging and converting including industrial bags, agricultural film and geomembrane)
- Flat Die (PET lines, rigid film, sheet and special technologies)
- Pelletizing & Extruders (standard and tailor-made single and twin screw; PVC pelletizer)

The company will participate at Plast 2023, scheduled from 5 to 8 September, at the exhibition district of Fiera Milano-Rho (HALL 15 - stand 121/122) where it will set up four zones dedicated to recycling, blown film, flat die and service.

In addition to the presence at the fair, Bandera will open the doors of the House of Extrusion in Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy), where some extrusion plants of different technological segments will be in operation, including special R&D on an industrial scale.

- PET bottle-to-bottle PET recycling line for plastic bottles
- Voc & odor removal Decontamination system of the granule
- Reel FleX Off-line post industrial waste recovery system
- Techno FleX 5 layers + Trim FleX Blown film line for the production of high tech film with high performances + in-line waste/trimmings recovery system
- Barrier FleX 5 layers blown film line for barrier applications
- Alpha PET Rigid film extrusion line equipped with special lamination for barrier and non barrier polyolefins film coupling
- MDO Industrial R&D project
- Condor Line The Condor Line is a Flat Die Line designed to share R&D programs, thanks to the union of more technologies
- Twin screw blown film Blown film line equipped with Twin Screw extruder for direct recovery

The challenge that launches an important event such as PLAST is for BANDERA - Extrusion Intelligence a further opportunity to add value to its quality manifesto, which develops on different cardinal points.
