Supervision calibrated on the processors' needs

Based on modularity and immediate extendibility, the Mowis integrated supervision system is proposed by Moretto as a solution able to ensure an investment calibrated on the customer actual needs.
It is suitable for the management of any plant, from the simplest to the most complex, and provides basic licenses from 2 to 1,100 clients, with a multiuser platform, for different operator profiles. Through the control in real time of the system conditions, it ensures the highest efficiency and, interfaced with the different management systems (SAP, ERP etc.), grants the total product traceability all along the manufacturing process phases. The Ethernet connection allows to establish the remote link for the online assistance service by qualified Moretto staff.
Moreover, different process control modules are available for facing specific requirements from processors. They completely eliminate any human error and can be integrated into the Mowis system, granting certified process and quality:
- Mould Control: automatic mould recognition through RFID technology
- Barcode Control: univocal material identification
- Lot Management: management of material lots
- Order Management: management of production orders
- Item-Go: backwards process management (the item code, loaded into the Mowis system, automatically selects the material and drives all the accessories: dosing units, temperature controllers, hopper loaders, drying units etc.)
- Service: integrated management of the preventive maintenance, programming the activities of each Moretto machine.
