Management change at Basf

Effective at the end of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on April 25, 2024, Markus Kamieth will take over as Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of Basf. This was decided by the Supervisory Board in its meeting on December 20, 2023. Markus Kamieth has been a member of the Board of Executive Directors since 2017. He succeeds Martin Brudermüller, who has been Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors since 2018 and has been a member of the Board of Executive Directors since 2006.
