Key partnership between Frigosystem and BMB at Greenplast 2022

At the end of the recent Greenplast exhibition-conference (Fiera Milano, 3-6 May 2022), Lucio Strappazzon, area sales manager of BMB, publicly thanked Frigosystem, through a post on LinkedIn, for providing the company with a chiller dedicated to the moulding cell exhibited at the company stand, which produced coffee capsules directly compostable at home. The chiller supplied by Frigosystem took care of cooling both the moulds and the fully electric BMB injection moulding machine.

“I would also like to thank Frigosystem for the brief in-depth analysis requested by their team at the end of the fair on the injection moulding process of compostable materials, in order to increase their technical skills and attention to the needs of the user while addressing the processing of these innovative materials for the production of thin-walled items," said the BMB sales manager. "The curiosity and thirst for training on the part of the young Frigosystem team (in the photo, together with the sales director of the Frigosystem Group, Miriam Olivi, and Lucio Strappazzon) really delighted and struck us.”

Lucio Strappazzon also thanked the company Moretto for their excellent cooperation, as well as for providing the feeding system and the two dryers for the compostable materials used in the co-injection stage. "All this would not have been possible", concluded Strappazzon, "without the partnership with Imper and Mitaly, which supplied the new 16-cavity mould and all their knowledge and experience related to the processing of compostable materials, in addition to high quality moulds and mould-Masters' high-performance hot runner technology."
