Syensqo announces leadership appointments to accelerate growth and transformation

Syensqo announced the appointment of two new members to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), together with a new Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, further strengthening the company’s focus on accelerating growth and driving a high-performance culture. These appointments mark an important milestone in Syensqo’s leadership transition following Mike Radossich’s assumption of the CEO role in January 2026.

Kerstin Artenberg joins Syensqo as Chief People Officer with extensive international leadership experience across industrial and technology-driven sectors. She has a strong track record in operational excellence, transformation and performance management. Throughout her career, she has led global teams, combining strategic vision with disciplined execution. Her leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration and customer centricity, and she will play a key role in embedding Syensqo’s high performance culture across the organization.

Arnaud Valenduc joins as President of Syensqo’s Specialty Polymers Business Unit, bringing extensive experience in strategy, business development and transformation in the chemicals industry. Since 2022, he has served as Business Director at Ineos Inovyn and as a member of its Executive Committee and Board. Between 2003 and 2022, he held various senior leadership roles at Solvay, including Head of Transformation, CEO of Solvay Indupa (Argentina/Brazil) and Regional Business Manager in Asia, where he drove performance improvements and strategic growth. His deep financial and commercial acumen, customer-led focus, transformation expertise and international business experience will support faster progress within Specialty Polymers, while his appointment to the Executive Leadership Team will reinforce the group‑wide alignment on customer centricity, driving technology development and accelerating decision making.

Arnaud Wisnia joins Syensqo as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. He is an experienced business leader specializing in strategy, innovation and transformation within the chemicals and advanced materials sectors. Since 2022 he has served as Vice President & Managing Director, President Performance Minerals at Minerals Technologies, leading a global specialty materials business with a strong focus on customer-led innovation and operational excellence. Between 2008 and 2022, he held multiple senior executive roles at Solvay spanning strategy, operations and business leadership positions. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Danaher and McKinsey. His background in corporate development, business turnaround, lean manufacturing, supply chain and strategic transformation will further strengthen Syensqo’s focus on operational rigor, strategic and technology driven growth as well as end-to-end value chain performance.
