In Arburg 63 new trainees and students
More than ever before: a total of 63 new trainees and students from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) started their training at Arburg on September 4. Managing partner Renate Keinath welcomed the new members of the Arburg family on behalf of the partners, managing directors and the entire Aarburg team.
"It will be you who carry our company forward with your skills and expertise. We are committed to providing you with excellent professional training", said Renate Keinath in her welcoming speech. To ensure that the transition from school to professional life goes as smoothly as possible, a comprehensive training concept had been developed in order to build up expertise gradually and to get to know the world of injection moulding on a step-by-step basis.
Arburg has been guiding young people towards a career for more than 65 years, meeting its social responsibilities with targeted specialist training. In 2016, the company exceeded the 1700th trainee mark. They acquire their practical skills at an 2,000 square metre training centre which provides innovative technology and the latest equipment.
