CMG Granulators at Packaging & Recycling 2025

Taking place on 25 and 26 June at the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese, near Milan, Packaging & Recycling 2025, one of the leading event in Italy's packaging and recycling sector, among its participants also includes CMG Granulators, showcasing its latest technological innovations.
The Italian manufacturer will present the new cutting chamber of the Evoluzione series, which is designed to ensure high precision when carrying out this type of operation. This is possible thanks to the new rotor configuration, which enables the rotating blades to cut the plastic material at a right angle to the fixed blades. This also makes maintenance and replacement of the blades easy and quick. The accessibility of the cutting chamber from the front of the machine also helps with these operations. This configuration also reduces the formation of dust and microparticles – essentially waste – by a few percentage points.
The company also offers the new G55 granulator line, which is designed for high-capacity applications. They are available in G55-90 and G55-120 versions. They feature integral soundproofing and a feed hopper that can accommodate a wide variety of shapes and sizes of parts to be grind. They can cover outputs from 700 to 1,300 kg per hour. The models are equipped with EISA premium-efficiency engines and may feature Adaptive Motor Power (AMP).
