Three days in Germany dedicated to innovation and turnkey solutions

From 25 to 27 June, Haitian International Germany hosted its annual open house welcoming approximately 1,000 visitors over three days at the European headquarters in Ebermannsdorf (Germany). The event has become a major showcase for the entire product range and capabilities of the Haitian Group, attracting interest and customers from all over Europe. The focus of this year's event was the 5th generation of servo-hydraulic and electric injection moulding machines, featuring numerous hardware and software upgrades including a new controller, intelligent machine functions, electrical charging for small and medium-sized servo-hydraulic machines, a new drive system for energy saving.

The open house featured various demonstrations of the main machine series of Haitian International. A two-platen JU10800V press of the Jupiter V Series (10800 kN) produced an automotive spoiler application using EPDM; an electrical Zeres V Series (1200 kN) in the Premium medical version with electrical toggle and integrated hydraulics made eight propylene syringe barrels (1.5 ml); an electrical Zeres V Series (1500 kN)  produced a fibre optic network splitter with a minimum wall thickness of 0.5 mm in PC/ABS; a servo-hydraulic Mars V Series (2000 kN) made drinking cups with a special crinkle design made of polypropylene coloured using a Haitian colour mixer. Finally, a servo-hydraulic Mars SE Series (1600 kN), a special edition of the best-selling servo-hydraulic toggle machine Mars Series now comes in an even more economical version, featuring a new controller with many smart features as standard, enhancing cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Over the three days of the event, CNC and die-casting machines manufactured by other subsidiaries of the Haitian Group were also displayed, demonstrating Haitian’s evolution as a supplier of turnkey solutions. In addition, the new Haitian Laser Machinery division was launched, and peripherals from the Haitian Smart Solution division were introduced, including mould temperature controllers, dryers, colour mixing units, and vacuum loaders.
