With PolyBlown Colines debuts in blown extrusion

After two years of research and development, Colines launches the new PolyBlown range of blown film systems, available in configurations from 3 to 11 layers.

For decades the company has mainly focused on the engineering and production of cast extrusion lines, even though occasionally built blown film lines for selected customers. Over the last two years Colines has hired high level technicians, with long-term experience in blown-film extrusion technology, hence investing a great deal in the research and development department. This brought about the engineering of a brand-new family of extrusion lines with blown film technology. After having closed the first deals over the last months, the company think it’s time to unveil the “Polyblown” family in a three-day open Hhuse event in its Marano Ticino (Novara, Italy) facility, from November 23 to 25.

“We have been working for this for two years now and have decided to launch our new lines with a special in-presence event. We know very well that the blown-film market is highly competitive and demanding, nevertheless as a team we are extremely confident about the technologies we have developed and engineered. We are back in full force in this market and can’t wait to unveil our brand-new blown film lines”, said Anthony Michael Caprioli, Colines CEO.

The line that we will be showcasing is a 2600-mm 7-layers Polyblown multipurpose one. The open house program will involve three different productions over the three days.
