Vertical corrugator

Olmas from Carate Brianza (Monza Brianza, Italy) has recently provided a line for the production of single and double wall corrugated HDPE pipes for electrical applications to an Indian company.
The heart of this line is a vertical vacuum corrugator for pipes with a diameter up to 250 mm. The vertical configuration with chain system and mould-halves in an overlapping configuration (rather than side-by-side) is more efficient for producing large diameter pipes.
