Triple Amut in Indonesia
Between the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 Amut will hand over three thermoforming plants to one of Indonesia's leading producers of mineral water and soft drinks. The supply includes an AMP630 thermoforming machine with a new 35-cavity mould, which allows the user to reach an hourly production rate of 75-80 thousand PP cups, 3.2 g in weight and 240 ml in capacity. The machine will be equipped with a new software package developed in collaboration with Bosch Rexroth for thermoforming and stacking time management.
The contract also includes two new AMP850 S thermoforming machines (shown in operation at K 2013) developed to ensure maximum efficiency with low processing costs. The machines will be equipped with a 45-cavity mould, once again for the production of PP cups (3.2 g, 240 ml), but can also accommodate 50 or 54 cavity moulds. This configuration, which also includes a new stacking system, will ensure a production rate of about 100 thousand cups per hour.
