Sequential controller

A new controller designed by Thermoplay to optimize thermoplastics injection moulding allows sequential control of the nozzle shut-off valves (up to 16), thus making it possible to produce seamless parts free of structural weaknesses and complying with the most stringent technical and quality standards. The moulding sequence can be programmed for: simultaneous shutoff of all valves; non-simultaneous shutoff of the valves; and opening of all valves during the packing phase.
