Open house at Colines

Today is the final day of an open house started on July 27 at Colines to show in operation a line for PP and PE breathable film, equipped with a dual monorienting unit (MDO) able to reach up to 600% (2 x 300%). The main characteristics of such a plant include useful width of 2.200 mm, post-stretching embossing unit, thickness control with automatic adjustment according to the pre- and post-stretching parameters, a recovering and pelletizing apparatus for edgetrims, Fast Adjust system (developed in cooperation with Elav subsidiary company) for the micrometric adjustment of the stretching parameters, and winder with in-line multiple cutting device.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
