The fourth academic year of Gefran’s FLY Youth Programme kicks off

The fourth academic year of FLY Youth, Gefran’s FLY Talent Academy programme dedicated to recent graduates, has officially kicked off. Designed to support their professional growth and facilitate their integration into the company, this initiative combines theoretical and practical training, enabling participants to develop cross-disciplinary skills while immersing themselves in Gefran Group’s culture and organisation.

In his opening speech, CEO Marcello Perini challenged the participants to approach the programme with a critical and proactive mindset. He emphasised the value of asking questions, even the most uncomfortable ones, as an exercise to foster curiosity and the ability to find innovative solutions. He encouraged teamwork, highlighting that success is built collectively, and urged participants to make decisions, turning ideas into concrete actions while embracing the opportunity to learn from their mistakes.
