Arburg Italia also celebrates 100 years of the German parent company

2023 is a special year for Arburg as the company celebrates its 100th anniversary. Following the celebrations held last February and March at the German headquarters in Lossburg, on May 18 and 19 the Italian branch based in Peschiera Borromeo (near Milan) will open its doors and continue the celebrations displaying efficient, sustainable high-end digital technology. For the occasion, the new Allrounder 470 H jubilee machine available in the Comfort and Premium versions will be exhibited live. This machine offers outstanding performance from an energy, resource and production point of view thanks to its user-friendly and reliable features.

A compact turnkey injection moulding system will be also on display based on an Allrounder 375 V vertical press equipped with six-axis robots engaged in the production of a bicycle tool made of recycled PA 66/6. This production cell will be fully automated and the press will be equipped with the latest digital solutions for the adaptive optimization of in-line smart production processes. Moreover, a TIQ5 3D printer incorporating the FFF technology by the InnovatiQ subsidiary will be on display in the additive manufacturing area.

An area dedicated to services and spare parts will also be set up and, for the occasion, participants who register as new users on the arburgXworld company website will be entitled to a special 5% extra-discount valid until December 2023 for the purchase of spare parts via the website. Established customers instead will be offered an annual Premium  package 50% discount plus the special 5% extra-discount valid until December 2023 in case of immediate purchase of material through the website. A Premium package will also be awarded during a draw at the end of the two days of the event.

With a view to know-how sharing as a strategy to improve the quality of processes and products and expand business, various lectures will be offered during the event on methods and procedures for improving the organizational and technological performance of processors to achieve the "Allrounder" level of quality. The lectures will range from TPM techniques to Industry 4.0 applications in the plastics processing sector, new trends in personnel management as well as national and local financial incentive schemes.
