Double configuration with double degassing system

With the aim of completing its present series of double degassing recycling lines, Tecnova has recently introduced its new E130/54D - FTTC model, which further expands the already extensive range of solutions developed by the company for the recycling of plastic scrap. The new model is available either in versions equipped with silo and forced feeding system for the recycling of LDPE, HDPE or PP scrap films, or with a hopper for the insertion of ground scrap. In both cases, the company proposes the main high-performance design features already adopted on its lines and components.
An example of how this know-how is maintained from one plant to another is provided, in particular, by the E160/54D - FTTC model, which is equipped with a double degassing system. In the wake of the success of this solution, currently used by various Italian and foreign operators, its best features are also offered with the new medium-size line. The result is a system able to process heavily printed and moist materials, whose processing was, until now, neither easy nor convenient.
