Automatic bagmaking machines of the last generation

Two RollFlex automatic bagmaking machines of the last generation will be displayed in operation by Saldoflex during the K 2013 show (Düsseldorf, October 16-23): starting from a single jumbo roll of tubular film, the R-1350 model produces, on three lanes, bottom-sealed bags which are precut, wrapped in roll and taped; the R-1350 DT1 model instead delivers, on two lanes or on one lane, starting from a single jumbo roll of tubular film, anti-drip and draw-tape garbage bags respectively, which are precut, wrapped in roll and taped.
Both machines (equipped with the latest versions of winder and taping unit) are servo-driven and incorporate: shaftless motorized unwinder with hydraulic lifting and positioning of the jumbo roll; in-line slit-sealing and gusseting system; automatic control of the film tension; automatic film guide system; photocell for processing printed film; electrostatic system for obtaining perfectly compact rolls free from air bubbles also with very low thickness film; "bio-ready" technology to process biodegradable and compostable films.
The precutting depth can be adjusted from the touch screen with micrometric accuracy while the machine is operating, without manual intervention on the machine, and can be stored in the recipe. The sealing bar is designed to allow an extremely quick and easy replacement (less than 2 minutes) of the PTFE tape. Thanks to the 4 revolving winding shafts, the four processing phases (tearing at the pre-cutting, winding, taping with gummed paper, discharging) can be performed contemporarily, thus shortening the overall cycle time and resulting particularly advantageous for the production of rolls consisting of a reduced number of bags.
